Very Disappointed with JD Group Supply Chain Servi

On 12/04/2013 i went to collect my Furniture @ JD Group arrived there 10.00am and submitted my Papers, a lady by the name Agnes took my papers and you could see they are waiting for 12.00 to go home, every1m was complaining as they were just delaying to go home. I asked too see the Manger because for 2 hrs i had not get assistance despite my Complain, that lady agnes finally left without serving me.
I phone Morkels Randburg where i had purchased the goods but the guys could not anser the phone as they were just want to rush home, What i noticed there is most workers @ despatch have bad attitude, secondly they are careless coz they lost my papers, thirdly they dont answer phone calls especially when they want to go home, actually they stop working properly around 10am on Saturday the rest of the time they will be winding up time to make sure its 12.00 to go home, I will never ever ever ever buy goods from shops associated with JD Group
