Requesting Natis Papers!!

I work for a Dealder and we buy Trailers from our customer and then Settle the Accounts at Absa.

The Product that we settle usually has 2 Chassis Numbers meaning there will be 2 Natis Papers. When requesting the Natis papers i give them the Account number that we settled and tell them "THERE ARE 2 CHASSIS NR'S SO 2 NATIS PAPERS, MAKE A NOTE OF THAT".

I can not tell you how many times i only recieved the 1 Natis Papier (1 half of the product settled).

I spoke to a manager once and she told me to ask for 2 Reference Numbers (1 for each chassis nr) but when i tell the person helping me i need 2 reference numbers they state i only need 1 and both papers will be sent!!!

This is incompetant - the person collecting the documents is to lazy to look through the file or read the the contract otherwise they would have seen that there are 2 Chassis nr's. Now i have to request the other Natis papers and this again will take 3 - 4 working days!!!

Please wake up!!! Its not that diffucult...
