1 Year & 2 months later, still no joy R100 000.00

We had our kitchen installed through Morkels by Home Concepts in April 2012. The kitchen is falling apart and it cost almost R100 000.00
After several efforts with Chris Reek (Morkels area manager), Penelope Olivier (credit manager Morkels), Henry (Secunda branch manager Morkels), Arnessa and James at Home Concepts I am way over being despondent.
I informed them that I will not pay for these services untill all deviations are fixed, Penelope ensured me that she will make sure my name does not get listed on ITC as it is my right to insist on proper products.
We were promised a discount of R6000.00 for the inconvenience as well, but unfortunately that did not happen either.
It is now 1 year and 2 months later, my kitchen still falls apart, I am listed as a poor payer on ITC as Penelope did not keep her promise and still no discount has been passed on my account.
Please help, I even threatened them with lawyers, they just don't seem to care.
Apparently we signed of our kitchen, which is a statement as James Findlay asked us to sign for the material to be used. We have proof of communication back and forth, they just don't seem to care.
