Bad Service, even worse attitude!!

I went to Woolworths a few days ago to purchase jeans for my boyfriend, as I was in a hurry the denim did not have a tag and they scanned another, assuring me it will not be a problem should I return it. I went back today because the denim did not suite correctly. I told the lady helping me what my situation was and she was not only extremely rude she also told me she'll ask her manager what to do, she took about an half an hour in which she basically disappeared. When she returned to me she rudely said that she can't do anything. I asked for someone ells to help me or even a manager. She declined my request and suddenly said she could give me a gift voucher in return for the denim. I'm happy about the gift voucher but I can not believe the bad service I received - probably the last thing I'd expect from Woolworths...
