Third HP Complaint and Still No Joy From [URL Removed]

I really do not know where to go from here with [URL Removed] I returned an item on 5 Sept (which they advertised as a book and dvd's. Only received the book, and was then told by [URL Removed] to download the dvd's from the internet!!!). I had to ask over and over and over and over again for my refund, which was FINALLY credited to my account. Then asked for the credit on my account to be paid back into my bank account and it is now a week later, and still the "Request is Pending". How do a company like this survive??? Unreal. May-be that's why they are so slow to refund their customers. I will never, ever buy from them again and will make a point to tell everyone about their uselessness
