BAD SERVICE AND HYGIENE PROBLEM

We arrived at Pick 'n Pay The Glen in the South of Johannesburg at 10:30am. The Pick 'Pay brand only had 4 of their counters open, I went to complain and asked for the manager - they pointed out a lady to me when I asked her to attend to the problem, she told she was busy with another client. No solution was offered. The counter we stood at the conveyor belt that carries your groceries had a portion of its belt missing exposing the side open, the dirt inside was incredible... It made me feel ill. When we were done, the teller pointed out the actual store manager, and I told him that I was going to notify Hello Peter, as I am done with complaining at the branch, as the attitude is one of "So who Cares". I wonder why they need to have the customers tell them how to run the store... IE, have sufficient tellers open, ensure that all areas are cleaned and repairs made if broken, ensure that your rewards machine have paper in them and ready to print out your vouchers. This is an ongoing problem at this branch. Also their air conditioners do not work, they blame the center management, and the center management blame Pick 'n Pay. Please advise.
