This morning I went to Pick n Pay because I am going away for weekend. When I got to the basket payment counter there was 1 till open 09:30 in the morning with 15 people in the queue. I tried to flag down a manager and three people who looked like managers walked to the back offices, ignored me and did not come to me to understand what the issue is (which was obvious). In frustration I walked to a manager to complain and he had a "do not make your problem my problem" attitude. My personal experience as a very active spending consumer is that management in Pick n Pay Parkmeadows is probably the worst I have ever come across in my entire consumer history.

With Woolworths one block away and Food Lovers Market in the same centre I cannot believe Pick n Pay management's arrogant attitude. I have had numerous problems with stock, food that goes bad within one day after purchase, vrot fruit in the shop not to talk about constant poorly staffed tills but this is the last straw.

I am cutting up my smart shopper card, I am changing my Discovery food benefit to Woolworths and I will not shop at Pick n Pay Parkmeadows ever again. You have lost my 3 to 4 thousand rand a month forever.
