Vouchers that were accidentally taken by the telle

Got to edgars on surtaday decided to found out abt my coucher from the lady at the till very nicely she explain to me the process (as on my previous shopping the lady took all my vouchers..used one but never gave me back the others) so she then advice me that will go to customer care to c if they cant give me other vouchers she came back eith NIKIWE who is extremely sacarstic and loud and rude told me that i did made my shopping in northgate and y now was like tried to explainfirstly was enquiring didnt expect it anyway... all in all i do not wish to be served by that lady its not the first time she is acting like this if thats the way she treats other ppl ill suggest that u send her at the back to pack staff as she cant talk to ppl the way she is expected she is full of attitude, bad manners, rudeness everything i dont want to be served by her anymore if am there... thanks to ZOZO and HER manager didnt get his name who went an extra mile and gave me the remaining vouchers and they apologise... thanks guys for your unexpected customer service you really showed me that customers service is in your veins -well done and keep it up
feel sorry for ppl who are working with that bull
