Defy Microwave faulty

Good day:
i bought a defy microwave at nictus furniture polokwane (0152959404) last year september and in may it was no longer working i sent it back to Nictus and i was told it was reported at Defy and defy has ordered the part, but when i called Defy (0152921166) they told me they reported the matter to head office and head office does not have the part. please assist in this regard.
