Poor after sales service

On the 9th August 2013 I purchased furniture from Riaan, the salesman at HOME DEPOT. Delivery was a few weeks later. I've only used the Defy washing machine three times as it's based at a holiday home. On Sat, 26th oct I called Riaan to advise the machine was leaking at the door, rubber wasn't sealing. He assured me he would contact Defy to arrange for a replacement. It's nearly a week later and Riaan reckons he cannot get through to Defy or gets cut off. His attitude has been completely non chalant with no hint of an effort to rectify this matter and offer the appropriate after sales service. I would like this matter sorted out urgently as I have people who will be staying in that house and need the machine to work. It is after all BRAND NEW!!! The after sales service from RIAAN KRIEL has been NON EXISTENT...
