Worst service ever received

I went to American Swiss in Oudtshoorn to get a quote for a wedding ring. The staff just sighed and said they don't do quotations. I left it there. I went to the Garden Route Mall store and asked to look at rings and the woman in store didn't bother to open her mouth to answer my questions.she just shook her head. Who can sort out my problems?
