When MTN don't know the meaning of process

My MTN account fell in arrears due to some issues. Anyways, eventually all was sorted and I made contact with MTN to make payments to them to sort my account out. Last month "June 2013" I paid R1500 as the account was in arrears I had advised the agents that by the following month I will pay the rest which is about R1500. On 9 July I received a e-mail to advise that my account has been handed over to a attorney firm to recover the outstanding amount. I then called to confirm why and was told by the MTN agent that the account wasnt handed over and I must just pay MTN and all will be sorted because the account isn't with the attorneys? Today I call MTN to confirm the total amount due and get told to call the attorneys, these attorneys first give me an amount of R7000 that is due then put me on hold for 10mins and tell me the amount is actually R3000. How'd it get to R3000? When my MTN statement reflects R1422? Why was the account handed over if a payment plan was made? And why is there R1600 additional? Fix your! I will pay only the R1422.08.And that's it! Sort this out ASAP! Please get a senior manager to rectify this! Unless you people don't know how?
