Prepaid airtime

I bought airtime last night at around 08h00. i got 50% of that airtym which was R15, 00 and i decided to exchange my airtym in to Megabytes however i qualified for 75 MB & got 25 MB free. i didnt use that airtime, i went straight to bed. when i woke up this morning, i found unread whatsups of which i read and responded to. Suprisingly my respond didnt go through up until now, i checked my airtime, no megabites and no airtime. i called MTN but they telling me about their TAT of which this is urgent. i want apology and my airtime to be re-allocated.
