Shesha Store
No refunds

I recently bought a pair of Nikes from the Shesha Store in Canal Walk. I went back about an hour later to return the shoes. The manager informed me that no refunds are allowed, only exchanges. She had a bad attitude as well. Their slip contained a clause that read "no refunds is allowed unless stipulated by law." I spoke the the regional manager and he gave me the same speech, that no refunds are allowed. The regional manager told me that the only person that can help me is the director, but they refused to give me his number or contact details. I took a credit note from the store, but I'll surely never go back! Bad service, bad attitude, bad policies.
