Broken washine machine in less a month

I purchased a Defy washing machine from Game and the drying compartment stopped working. I lodged a complaint at Boulders. Can Defy please get me someone who is professional enough to come and collect this machine and bring me a new one since its hardly a month since I bought this one please.
