We DONT have!

Hi, I would like to lodge a complaint. We have been waiting for a swiiming pool for a whole month now. We went into the store and they gave us a call back voucher. We were told that it would be in the store by the end of September. The 29/09/13 we went into the store still no stock. We asked when it will arrive the guy there said the 30-09-13 it will arrive at the warehouse. I have called the 2, 3, 4 October still no stock. How long does it take for the good to be delievered from Germiston where the warehouse is to Southgate branch??? Clearly you guys can do something about this! The staff at the outdoors division dont even bother asking what swimming pool it is - just plain down - WE DONT HAVE and WE DONT KNOW. Not even let me find out for you and call you back.
I even sent an email on the 02-10-13 and still didnt even get a reply from there!
I would like to have this Intex swimming pool that was advertised by Tomorrow - I have waited long enough!
