CHARGING FOR CALLS - WARNING!!!

I am highly annoyed with Foschini and I will no longer be purchasing from them!

The debt department has no clue what they are doing!!! I have been making payments every month, yet the debt department still calls almost everyday to say they have not found any payments. They charge about R18 a call AND CHARGE IT to your Foschini account for each call!!! I will not pay for your ups and demand for all that money to be taken off my account!!! Its basically of money!!! Get yourselves organised there! WHAT A MONEY MAKING SCHEME!!!
