I placed an order last week 25/09/13, order no:2012859 and I cancelled the order because it was incorrect and the placed another order 2023939 on 26/09/13 and waited to be refunded. Nothing happened and I called back to say the should just rather continue with the order. So now I'm still waiting for both orders.. I have contacted the call centre about 10 times, they say they don't know what is happening and need to call the warehouse and they will phone me back... Still waiting for the calls! Both amounts have been deducted from my account and after reading all these horrible comments on this site's I'm really worried that I might not receive my orders! If I do not receive anything by Monday I am contacting the national consumer commission.
