My Order for the Samsung S4 was placed in early May 2013, via FNB device offer. My order was cancelled in May 2013, because FNB supplied the wrong contact details. There was no follow up from Digital planet to FNB to get the correct details. The order was cancelled and forgotten about. I then had to place a new order with Digital Planet, and was suppose to have received my device yesterday, I'm still waiting.
When I called them yesterday, they said that there was a comment logged from me, that I re-scheduled it for the 25th. Nobody contacted me, I did not make any such arrangements. They were suppose to call me back, and did not.
This morning they told FNB, that they texted me details of the delivery, I have not received any texts from them. WHO ARE YOU CONTACTING? You do have my correct details now, I confirmed it 6 times already. I don't understand why FNB uses such a horrible company for their device orders. There is just no service or responsibility here. Is it so difficult for you to pick up the phone and inform you customers of delivery statuses.
