Incorrect refund after Woolworths internet crash

I placed two orders with Woolworths online on 19 January order number 41895573 for R1057.21 and 20 January order 41895878 for R823.87 both for delivery 24 January and both amounts were deducted off my credit card. The orders were for my daughter's 21st party and specifically needed on 24th for preparation. On 24th I received a phone call saying their system had crashed and could not deliver my order. I instructed Nadia Pienaar to cancel as I needed the order urgently if they could not deliver that day. After more phone calls the next day my orders were finally cancelled and my money refunded. I have now received my credit card statement to have only received R800 and R956.29 resulting in a shortfall of R124.00. I have emailed Nadia twice and received no response at all. The order being cancelled was because Woolworths could not deliver due to their error and I do not see why I must carry the cost for their mistakes. I would like the balance refunded immediately.
