Orders never Delivered

I was looking forward on making business with Abi but i m so disappointed with the kind of service i have been getting from ABI its the third i have orderd soft Drinks with ABI but my orders dont get to me for some reason i have ordered a few months ago with a lady by the name of Nono and my order was never delivered .i then tried again last week ordered on wensday and i was told that my order will get to me on thursay and it was never delivered i phoned Dineo again advising her that i didnt receive my order, she i should re-order and i will receive my order on saturday i waited and waited on saturday and i didnt receive my order i m not sure what to do as this people are failing and they are failing my business pls can someone assist Reference No.: CDB35712
