CANCELLED PURCHASE CONTRACT

Helo Peter. I am complaining on behalf of my mother (BG MPANZA ID 580323 0588 081). She bought a plasma TV at Town Talk Empangeni (035 772 2388) in August 2012 on credit. The salesman by then was Mr Ngobese. She paid R400.00 deposit, the TV, cost between R4000 to R5000.00 as she cant recall since she is illiteracy. Before the tv was delivered she cancelled the purchase contract because I have already bought her a TV but she did not know. She has been trying to cancel the sale since then, using the public transport which cost her R34.00 return. She would go about four times a month but being told by the branch manager that the problem will be sorted. In August 2013 I went with her to Town Talk Empangeni to get clarity why it is taking so long. I was told that the system is offline because I also wanted the statement. The next day my mother return for statement but she was told that she must go home the problem will be sorted. I also went there beginning of September 2013 to get the progress I was told that there is no progress yet. Up to today she never received her deposit but has been receiving calls that reminds her about the payment.
