TERRIBLE SERVICE DELIVERY

My father purchased a fridge from Makro, and arranged to have it delivered on January 4th. After waiting at the unit for the entire day, the fridge arrived 4 hours after promised. This unit was badly dented and damaged and the delivery men took it back. It was agreed that another would be delivered the following morning (5 January). A new unit arrived, again it was damaged. The delivery men called their manager, saying that the factory was too far to fetch another one (we needed the fridge urgently!). They agreed that we could make use of the damaged fridge for a week until a new one could be delivered the following Saturday. I did not sign the delivery note and commented that we were awaiting delivery on the 11th. On this day there was no delivery! when I called, Jammie denied the agreement and said it was between the delivery men, the manufacturer and me. He said he could not give me a new undamaged unit as he would be in trouble. I was then told that that model of fridge was sold out and offered a discount. I have since tried to contact Jammie daily to sort out, leaving messages. He has ignored them all and the problem is still unresolved 3 weeks after the purchase- UNACCEPTABLE
