I have written a complaint about your bad customer service that I received from your @Home Branch in Nicolway. On the 14th of September Vanessa da Rocha responded to my complaint and informed me that the Area manager will call me to apologise. She also informed me that you apparently take pride in your customer service. It is now the 3rd of October and no one has called me yet... Is this how much pride you take in your customer service?
