Vanessa da Rocha do not reply if feedback wont be given to a customer. No one answers your telephone lines, calls are always on hold. Your account is paid up and I want my name cleared. I'm very disappointed, the service that I'm getting from Foschini stores is Just pathetic. I have been trying to call you for a week now and still no answer.

I want my name cleared and I want feedback from Foschini because you guys are so quick making decisions about bad customers. I will wait for your feedback, Please do not reply on this if you won't do anything about my complaint. This is the 2nd time I'm complaining on Hello Peter.
