Lazy or incompetant... i really dnt know anymore

Hi, my name is rageemah williams... my mom had account with foschini... Acc No: 80583679, card no: 0080583679.

My mom passed 8 february 2013. After funeral, i then went down to foschini parow centre, where they had me filled out forms, took copies of death certificate, had me run up and down, which was neccessry... acdordding them, every thing was in order... ever since you either get a late payment reminder and the latest, they need a copy of death certificate and im thinking, what the heck... how many times do you have to fill in the same forms and hand in the same documents...

Had the same problem just a month before my mom passed with my brother's death...
What is happening at Foschini... Is it just lazyness or incompetence...
