Waiting for payout

I received correspondence from Metal Industries for my late husband because he had already sent the documents through, that he must take a form to be filled in by the bank for payment. I responded to say he was late and I was sent a form to fill and all the documents required, that was in May 2012. I did everything as i was told and i took the documents to Metal Industries offices in Jhb in June. Was told payout will be done within ten weeks, when i enquired after ten weeks documents were not there. I had to fill in other documents and take them through in December 12/ 2012. When I phone every time i can't get through, and i am working i cannot just leave work each time to go and wait in those ques not knowing if the documents have been processed. I just don't know what to do, other people who applied with my late husband got their payouts last year already.need to pay debts as i am now alone.
