Vodacm Kollonade
Bad Service

I really think vodacom kollonade's personal doesn't really know what is going on at their own store. Have been with vodacom for many years and never had a problem with them, but from as this year they have bad service and a lot of attitude.

I phoned in to let them know that I didn't recieved my data for the month, so they told me I must take it up with customer care, so I did. When I phoned Custome Care they said I must phone vodacom. Why this back and forth of phoneing doesn't vodacom know whats going on. I spoke to warrin at vodacom told him there is something wrong because i didn't recieved my data yet and this is a few days later after he told me he will phone back and let me know, THIS NEVER HAPPENED!!!

GREAT Customer Service, this month its the same, what is going on over there???
