UFO Furniture
Anybody seen a UFO lately!

We purchased a reclining leather lounge suite from the Montana branch last October. After forking out R16000, we took delivery and all went well. Until i heard a unusual sound underneath me. On closer inspection we realized that it may be a spring that came loose, and called the Montana salesperson to report it. Still under warranty, we decided not to use it further to avoid further damage. After promising to send a rep out, we waited, and waited. A week later we called again, and waited and waited. The third week we spoke to the store manager and she promised to sort it out, and the sales person did call to say that they would call me back by this past friday as they were busy with stock take which had to be completed first. Needless to say i am still waiting... Over a month later!
