I have a Foschini account which was opened Ten years ago, i have been paying them very well through out the years, i phoned the head office in June just after i settled the account in full and asked them to cancel my cell phone insurance that i took with them which was never done. i foned them again in August more than twice, still asking them to cancel the insurance and the travel magazine. last week i received a call from debt collectors telling me that my account has been handed over after i made several calls @ Foschini call centre asking them to cancel the insurance and reverse the charges. On the 10th of September i was told that my outstanding balance was R135.00 and to my surprise i ended up paying R187.00, i would like this money to be credited into my account and people should start doing what they are paid to do, the stuff is so unhelpful and i want them to rectify my ITC record as well as i cannot be penalised for their laziness... i need to be sorted out urgently.
