My wife bought my favourite woolworths cake for my birthday on 25 Sept 2013, caramel, i find a special occasions everyweekend to have some. we were dissapointed with the cake, it was dry and did not have its usual "indulgence". we did not want to spoil the evening so we went back to Woolworths Cowey for another and the Black Forest that I chose somehow did not have full topping on the sides (eish had to be my birthday) the next day we called in and explained our dissatisfaction. we went into the store and was taken care by Ms Noleen, this lady is proffesional, couteous and very helpful, she sorted the query out and we left as satisfied customers, i just want to say well done Woolworths for Staff like ms Noleen, i will keep shopping at this store, in todays South Africa where service levels are at an all time low, we value your passion in what you do Ms Noleen - WELL DONE
