Accusing me of not paying my account

I find it very annoying that Foschini call canter staff called me 3 times yesterday to ask me to go pay my account which, I had already paid. can your system be checked and be in order so we don't get nasty call centre argents to call us at night and irritate us especially with accounts that have been paid on time.
