Falsey accaused of not paying the account

Im so very angry of how was treated by a consultated of Foschini accusing me of not paying my account yet my account is up to date ive made a payment on the 14th of December 2013 of R450 and again same time i paid R105 on the same account. I have proof that i have paid my account, but i have been treated like a DOG, i will settle my account and use my money somewhere else where i will be treated with respect and diginty, I WANT THIS SORTED IMMEDAITLEY, I WONT BE TREATED LIKE PEICE OF... by those kids who work for your call center.
