Foschini blocked my card

Good day, Yesterday i went to pay my account at clearwater foschini and wanted to buy something from them for my wife, we were told that my card has been blocked why well this is the story. Iam on debt review and my foschini account was paid up 2 years ago and the debt counsellors had paid an extra R1600 in so i was give back my card with the cash in it. Since that time my card has been paid every month and last month i still had like R7000-00 credit now as from yesterday i have nothing. This i find disgusting as i have been paying my own way for the last 2 years and now you decide to block it This i find totally unacceptable because i have not failed you in the last 2 years my account was and has been always paid
