NO SERVICE LEVEL AT ALL!!!

My TV (that is under guarantee) recently broke and I had to take it to the Tygervalley branch to log a guarantee claim. I only found out that my TV was in fact still under guarantee because I phoned Hisense myself to check where we could fix the TV. They confirmed that Hi-Fi Corporation was incorrect by stating that the TV only had a 1 year guarantee as it actually has a 3 YEAR gurantee. It has now been almost three weeks and after phoning the branch and holding on for 30 minutes I was told that the TV has not been collected YET!!! THis is INSANE!!! At no time was I kept in the loop with telephone calls or apologies even. I EXPECT a replacement TV as soon as possible as this is unacceptable!!!
