After complaining about the fact that the Fourways Branch didnt know the difference between a guarantee and warranty and insisting that our faulty TV needs to be sent for repairs, even though it was bought with a guarantee on 9 August 2013, we were told that our complaint was forwarded to the Fourways Branch Manager for investigation and that he would contact us shortly. Its now 11 days later and nobody has bothered to contact us to resolve this matter. I am even more disappointed, disgusted and frustrated.
