Poor Service Overall

I am so glad to see that their are more people complaining about the service at NWJ - since we open this account at the East Gate branch we experiance rudness from all their shops across the East Rand area - when you phone their customer care line regarding an account quiry they are not helpfull at all and the staff does not know what is a dt from a cr.

On an account of R3 000.00 where we pay R500.00 almost every month (double the premium we suppose to pay they are claiming I am still owing them R2 800.00 after 3 months of payment) how on earth do you pay over R1 000-00 and still owing this much.

I can't wait to settle this account and to give them back their card as to NWJ this is to them a sin to have an account the way they treated customers.
