PAYIING ACCOUNT FOR DAMAGED GOODS

My mother an very old client bought a bed, not even a month the bed is making noise, and yet everymonth the account is paid. We went on numerous occasions to the store advising them of same, and numerous promises are made that it will be exchanged. The last visit was on the 14/09/2013 in person again I was promised that the bed will be exchanged on the 19/09/2013 as the Driver was not available, the bed was even shown to me, today is the 30/09/2013 and still the bed is not changed. Should I lay my complaint with SPEAK OUT for the Media to see, this is unexcaptable. The matter needs to be resolved TODAY, AND NOT LATER THAN TODAY.
