DELAY IN EXCHANGE OF DAMAGED GOODS

Good day

I made a purchase on credit with Bradlows Store late 2013 in November, was delivered a week or two after however to my amazement the goods delivered were not in good condition as compared to the ones displayed in the shop. The side mirror was broken, the paint was worn out, some parts were not varnished, just the first code and the colour was different from the one I chose.

I contacted the manager on so many occasions who constantly made up excuses and promised to have it changed it before end of December 2013 however in vain I am Still waiting.

What bothers me most Is the fact that they keep running the debit order, so I pay For something I am not satisfied with.

Your assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Bought goods cash and now receiving areas amount
