Packers Bad attitude

Visited the store to make groceries. Went to pay at Till# 33 and was served by Zandile and Thea the packer had the worst attitude. Norm is if you have kids in a trolley the packer would use the same trolley. Thea decided to use another without consulting me and when I asked her to move the groceries to our current trolley she asked me "Do you really think Im gonna move your things to that trolley? " What these people need to realise is we choose to go do groceries at PnP soley for the customer service we are accustomed to. She needs to go back to training or the job be given to someone worthy of the PnP brand. I was highly dissapointed and it's things like these that drive you to make groceries somewhere else. If this incident was not reported than this means Portia did not submit my complaint at the Service counter. Slip# 049515 2014 943240
