I since logged on a complaint on Hello peter in April 2013, my query is still not resolved.
I was advised that the couches and the bed I was complaining about will be exchanged, I was sent pictures and selected the couches and the bed I wanted.
The issue is that till today I haven't received the bed and it's now on special, when I went to the store to see Gerald about the goods he told me that even though the bed is on special I'm going to take it at it's original price.
All that is absurd to me as I'm waiting for almost 5 months now, I haven't received my goods and I'm now expected to take the bed at it's original price even though it's on special, that will not happen.
It is not my fault that it's taking 5 months for my query to be resolved.
The bed is on sale and I don't see why I should take it at it's original price.
What happened to good customer service???
I'm so disappointed, I bought goods I'm paying over R100000 for them and I'm getting this kind of service.
the goods are being delivered, what's going to happen with the bed because it's now on special and i'm only getting it today.
and also please credit my african bank account.
