Bad Service also wasting one's time

I paid my account, then when I wanted to make a purchase the bill was a bit extra then I added the difference, which didn't appear, I then had to pay the difference again, after paying for the second time my transaction didn't go through because the teller closed the transaction, and for me to start over with my purchase I had to wait for 15 minutes while they are talking to the head office. I am disappointed with their bad customer service.
