Worst service/assistance from truworths at chatswo

I have been to truworths at chatsworth centre twice n they are of no help! I received a gift, a dress..which does not fit me! & because I have no receipt they refuse to make any attempt to help me out..either by giving the money back or an exchange for another item! Really disappointed with their service! I even asked them to call head office n they point blank say that, that wouldn't make a difference! #truworths@chatsworthcentre are the worst when it comes to customer services!
