Cant re-print Receipt???

I visited the store just a few minutes ago to make a payment and purchase. The purchase went through with no hassles. Thereafter the cashier realised the till roll has ran out, she then got a new roll. My processed my payment, only to realise it was inserted incorrectly and came out blank. I noticed she is quite new and asked assistance from a lady called Karen to assist with the re-print. She took my account details and went upstairs to do so. Waited for a couple of minutes - i'm on lunch and didn't have much time left. She was then called to tell the other supervisor think his name is Patrick to tell him, the transaction doesn't reflect on their system so they are unable to produce a receipt for me. I showed them an sms notification from the bank to prove to them the transaction did go through.

I went out of the store without a receipt /proof of payment - but money was debited from my account. My second complaint with Truworths. Do any of the staff members there know what they are doing let alone listen? Utterly furious and disappointed, a simple matter wasn't resolved. I just need my proof of payment and wont be making anytime to go and fetch it sorry. POOR SERVICE!!!
