I went to the Uzzi branch in Maponya Mall on Sat 27th July to pay my truworths account, because my account was in arrears at the time I asked the consultant THABO if I pay the full amount will I be able to purchase on my account immediately, he said certainly, I asked him if he was sure and he said definitely, I then paid the account in full and wanted to make a purchase which was declined and he had the audacity to tell me that he never said I could purchase using the card now and I had to wait for head office to clear it for me, I then asked to speak to the manager JULIET who in turn told me she doesn't know anything and there is nothing she can do about it, I then asked her how she can say that when it was her consultant that gave me the incorrect information and she just said I should contact Head Office because there is nothing she can do and gave me the incorrect number to call and just walked away, I called the customer services call centre and as soon as I started explaining to the consultant what happened she just hung up on me... I then called again today and spoke to KHAYA NTHULAI who refused to give me answers or even get her supervisor to call me.
