According to American Swiss policy - NO EXCEPTIONS - you MUST pay according to the rules a (50% deposit according to the in-store lady / 30% to the lady from Customer Service) upfront. This is to ensure that you do take the order. Now what is the use of an account service then? What is the difference if they put the full amount on my account right from the onset? Then I take the risk! I start paying for something I do not have! They do not keep the size I require as a regular stock item! So they have to specially order it! I can not understand what is the difference between me purchasing it from the shelve on my account and having it made. Either way I have to pay. I signed an agreement. To me this is bad service! They are NOT there for the customer! According to me an account service is actually there for a consumer to purchase and repay in affordable instalments. Otherwise consumers would NOT use account services. What really makes their service even worse is the fact that the account on which the purchase would be made is not even a new account!! It is an account with quite a large available credit facility! Shame on you American Swiss! Shame on your rules! NO EXEPTION from me
