3 WEEKS LATER -- NO FEEDBACK FROM ZANDO!!!

I placed an order on the 20/09/2013 and paid same day. Two days later I received a notification saying my order will be cancelled because a payment has not been received. I called customer services and sent proof of payment. Called again to follow up on the 30th, they claimed to have not received the e-mail and I sent it again from a different e-mail address and I was advised that they have sent the request through for a new order to be placed and a tracking number to be generated and this process takes 3-4 working days.
To date I have not heard anything from ZANDO...!! I am very disappointed with the fact that they don't bother to keep the customer informed. If a payment was made same day and proof of payment has been submitted to prove such.. I really do not understand why must I wait 3weeks for ZANDO to rectify their erro
