Stop calling all day hey!!! getting very annoyed now!

So yeah we go. A debit order went out on my account which is my installment every month of 693 every month. Yesterday I went to the ATM to draw money.. And then I check that my installment went out yesterday 26.09.2013. Yesterday a lady from the called and said the account was in arrears and I need to pay 390.. And I said I will go in on sat. And today a lady called and said that that the debit order for 693 didn't go out.. So how is it showing in my account if it didn't go out. u african bank hey
