Credit Review

I took out a loan from African bank and then paid an amount off by debit order. Due to financial strains I went to apply for another loan which was approved once again. They then deducted the amount owing of the previous loan from the new loan. I have been paying my monthly installment by debit order religiously without any hassles. I went to our branch yesterday to see if there is any possibility to borrow some money again. To my dismay I was informed that there is credit review on my account. The consultant did not know why and gave me feedback today. Feedback: I took out a loan in 2001 (paid off) I admit that I could not always meet the payments due to financial difficulties but it was paid off. Now they are holding it against me. QUESTION? WHY GRANT ME TWO LOANS AND ONLY PUT A CREDIT REVIEW ON MY ACCOUNT NOW!!! i received a sms yesterday to congratulate me that I can take a break on my loan Payments??? if i was such a bad customer why do this. I am totally annoyed with African Bank and I need an explanation very soon.
