Ude and unhelpful

I was at Dischem on Friday afternoon and when I was there I saw scales which had the price R99 but when I got to the till they said the scale is actually R199 and they called the Supervisor / Manager Antonette and she was unbelievably rude and she told me that she doesnt care who I complain to but she wont change the price and its not her fault the scales where put on the wrong shelf. I was disgusted at being treated like this it made me feel as though I was uneducated and stupid. I was unfairly treated and will never return there.
